Kris Drobocky Baitoo is a Certified Professional Career Coach, Certified Digital Career Strategist, and Certified Interview Professional.
Based on 25+ years in the recruiting, staffing, and workforce solutions industry, Kris Drobocky Baitoo is in a unique position as a career coach and employment strategist to support you in developing clarity and direction for your job search.
KDB Coaching’s practice is focused on getting clients through a job search and ultimately securing a new position. She works side by side with you to get past application, résumé, interview, and networking roadblocks by developing your roadmap with actions that matter to move your search forward.
Our goal is to get you to the PEOPLE involved in the hiring process — in spite of technology and process roadblocks that get in the way — so that you can make a connection and get the offer.
